If you send us a stamped addressed envelope with your return address on it for the purposes of receiving music, we have possession of that address information and anything else written on the envelope until we post the stamped addressed envelope back to you.

We will not record the information on the envelope beyond this. There will be no record of the information on the return envelope once it has been reposted, and we will repost it as soon as reasonably possible.

If we are not able to post an envelope you have sent us back to you for any reason, for example if there is not sufficient postage to return it or aspects of the return address are unreadable, then it will be destroyed by shredding.

We don’t even count the number of envelopes we receive.

Any emails we receive are processed through Proton Mail, and will remain there while we need to keep them for practical purposes.
